I always am smiling and am nice to them, yet I find that women never want me to hang around with them. Why is this?
A group of girls at work all go to lunch, pub together and never invite me...
And I am fun to be around - I would consider myself to have a good sense of humour, laid back and just want to enjoy life.
But why do women not want me as a friend? PLease be honest.

No its just me they single out. I do talk to them during the day as individuals.
I don't try too hard at all - I am very laid back and easy going and have been told Im a very good listener so its not as if I try and bully my way into conversation...

And whenever I enter the coffee/staff room - its like im invisible! :/
I dont mean to sound modest..but I am told that I am pretty..and beautiful even though I see 'beautiful' in people at work

Yeah I get that too... The females I work with besides two who are cool with me always go out to the pub or to dinner the club, but the never invite ... It really doesn't bother me much because I have a group of friend who I always hang out with, but the females at work just hate on me because I'm young (21) and I have my own office and I'm not stuck in a office with 8 other females...
Females will be hates that's what were good at ... I guess?

I have the same problem and I'm almost 29. I've had only a few women friends over the years, I find it much easier to make friends with men and that men are often times a lot more sincere. I, too, am nice and approachable -- yet women do not want to spend time with me. At work, nobody ever suggests lunch or after work drinks. I am amazed how other women can make friends so quickly!! I hear ya girl!!

That's so hard to answer. I hope it isn't stressing you though. If they don't like you don't worry as plenty of other people will.
We can't all be everybody's cup of tea. It's just a matter of connecting with others. Unfortunately you sound like you haven't met a match for your own personality. I've been there if it is that. It can be exaggerated at work where you're forced to be with people you wouldn't otherwise mix with.
You could maybe change jobs or be content with your after work friends.

I'm not sure,are you really pretty some women may think you are snotty or stuck up and may feel intimidated. I try not to judge people by how they look,but when somebody looks a certain way and treats you like dirt you tend to associate the two. Try to talk to them and if nothing changes ask them outright why they don't invite you at least you will know.

Maybe you try to hard. Or maybe they don't feel you have anything in common with them. Some women get stuck in the highschool mentality and they only want to hang around girls that are exactly the same as them.

Cuz some women dont like to hang around with girls that
dont have styles,which i find that lame!
Anyway,the earth is huge with full of good and bad ugly ppl,
stuff them,go find some womens who can relate to u!!

You sound like a fun and intelligent person, and that is why an in-crowd of girls doesn't want to hang out with you. If they sense intelligence in you, or just plain personality, they will be threatened and find reasons to exclude you. Girls are petty and miserable when they are in groups.

Jealousy probably, surprise them one day and ask them what they are doing for lunch and invite them to join you more than likely once the "ice" is broken you will be included if not stuff them, they are the ones who will be missing out then!
