How about..... My car's knackered, it's your fault, what you gonna do about it?

tell them whats wrong with the car and why you think it was their fuel. Alt there is a helpline number dealing with the complaints i dont think you need to write a letter try your local store for info. i work with Tesco and know we had a number for fuel problems.
hope this helps.

As in your car was affected or just a general letter?

If your car was affected you want something like;

After filling up at your petrol station in ***town*** i experienced a great deal of problems with my car including *list problems*. eventually i took the car to my local garage who *say what they did* and it solved the problem and it is my belief it was caused by your fuel.

Just a start, hope it helps

get them online and ask them if they send you a form or do you have to send them your own account//receipt for petrol /address and date will be on receipt show receipt from garage of work done and charge and send it to Glasgow I've no doubt Tesco will do what they said they would do and send you a cheque///if you want to phone them its free 0800 59 16 88 Good Luck
