Is anyone else having problems with their MOTORAZR V3m?

I got it for my bf as a Christmas gift and now its battery drains by the end of the day--even when he charges it all night. He is not receiving any calls either--it just beeps when he gets a voice msg or text. He is taking it in to get it looked at. I'm just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem. Thanks!

Does he have the warranty, just trade it in.... if no warranty, get warranty.... then trade it in.

He's probably texting all day. When the screen is lit up, or someone is talking, the phone will burn through battery power like it's going out of style.
