why is it that when i have a deep thought or try to think really deeply/in detail about a complex concept of life/earth that i end up falling asleep or dozing off? is this a way of the human body demonstrating that we are not meant to think too deeply about certain concepts/aspects?

When u try to be engaed in very deep thoughts u concentrate highly and move ur brain waves to the alpha level. It is near the beta level of brain frequencies in which human being sfall asleep. This is the scientific reason.

The human body is limited and Frail. You can try to beat the flesh at its own game by walking while thinking. Pace, walk, run, engage both the body and mind. I think our limits need to be pushed a little every time.

Don't smoke so much weed before thinking about those things
