definitely in oriental or filipino food stores. my brother used to operate one in amar road, city of industry in los angeles and they carry bulad. i used to bring bulad to america fifteen years ago and my auntie who used to pack it for me does it in the old fashion way with old newspaper. when i openned it in san francisco to my surprise a cockroach flew out. hehehe.

depends where you are in U.S. mostly at any oriental stores. there are a lot of filipino stores in L.A. california.
