Who is the Best Lender to Ask About large Unsecured. Loans?

I was looking for a lender to lend me 8 million to pursue a publishing contract with Yahoo. I was thinking of using google adsense for a front untill my real websites start receiving a buzz. Seriously which lender would be interesting in a sure fire guareenteed winning idea.

Christ if I can't make it profitable in 3 months no one can and I have help. Any real answers on funding because I am not getting any real business people in this sad little town. Only blind bankers with no arms legs and no vision.
