could it be possible that the earth is just one big cell?

and within this cell there are smaller cells such as people, bugs..etc, everthing then being interconnected in some way which may or may not be comprehendable?

No. You have a better chance at suggesting the earth as an organ system.

And our solar system is only one atom when compared to our universe and whatever entity/thing our universe belongs to.
