I had a part time job, and i was not even gettin 10-12 hrs a week, if i have the money by the time the court date comes can they still evict me

yes, it will go into your favor to pay the rent asap

You should be able to talk with your housing officer and make arrangements to pay the rent.

However you should have done this before they issued the eviction order, as there will now be legal costs involved.

It is always better to talk with them as soon as you know you won't be able to pay the rent.
Usually they will come to some agreement with you about payments.

yes, they can.

but its completely up to your landlord. If he decides to take the money and drop the case, he can. but he doesnt have to.
