Well my boyfriend and I "dry hump" and I go wet but he wasn't sure. So, I don't know if I am. What are the chances?

Your chances of being pregnant are extreamly low. i mean less then .0009% of being pregnant. What you were probably feeling was your own moisture in your underwear. and even you did get precum on you, there is no way for the sperm to swim up in your vagina.
you would have a better chance getting pregnant if you played in his sperm and then played with yourself.
If you are concerned about being pregnant you should check out your local planned parenthood center. www.plannedparenthood.org. you may be dry humping now... but it may esculate to sex.
i do not condone teen age sex but if you are going to do it, you need to know how to protect yourself. most services for planned parenthood are free for teens and children under 17.

Haha no there is not any way that you've an STD. you're wayyyy too paranoid. It would not even sound like you had any semen on you because you probably did not see or experience something on your outfits. you've got seen something. regardless of the truth that in case you probably did get semen on you (that you probably did not) it may only be on your outfits. you won't be able to get an STD by technique of only getting it on your epidermis. do not trouble! cool down!
