although i have been at parties where this type of situation has happened, the girl is dumb enough to get all messed up and give herself to something uncontrollable and then ask for sexual favors is wrong.. but it is even more wrong for a guy to take advantage of a girl in any situation, plain and simple

That's rape, plain and simple. Doesn't matter who's doing it: If a woman (or a man, for that matter) is inebriated, it is WRONG to use and violate that person's body. Any decent person would pull the lady aside into a quiet room and watch after her until she's well enough to take care of herself.

Not knowingly but I have had sex with girls who had been drinking at the same party or club I was drinking at, and I later found out many people at these places had been there to do drugs. So who knows maybe I did and was to drunk to see it?

ok, i try to have lots of patience for people on this board (who are clearly straight and trying to understand LBGT issues)
but this is sick and has nothing to do with the LBGT community. your question would fit under the "we like to rape and take advantage of women" and i can almost 100% say that doesn't exist for obvious reasons!!

That is called rape. If the girl has lost cognitive reasoning, she is vulnerable and it is wrong to take advantage of that, that is how date rape occurs.

Sure if you want to be hit up with Rape charges later. Doesn't matter what she is "saying" at the time...It's unfortunate that some women use Rape as a excuse for their own lack of good sense! Makes it harder for those who truly are raped, to look credible.
