Pretty much anywhere but I sort of like the sensation of tickling the inside of my arm, just above my wrist

When someone else tickles you its the moment you least expect to be tickled that panics you and makes you uneasy which leads to you laughing.
Research has shown that our brain is trained to know what to feel when someone moves towards us. The trouble is if we try to tickle ourselves our brain anticipates this contact and prepares us for it... so in theory... we cannot tickle ourselves...
Problem is... no-one has informed my brain of this theory... if I touch my feet I collapse into fits of laughter...
So... the answer you require... for me... is Feet...

Nowhere. If you anticipate the tickle it does not work.
