i dont understand what i would do where i would work...what would i really learn about?

business education: you can be career advicer, can be a teacher, councelling.
you will work with some education...school, university, training agency.

Bookkeeping
Inventory management
Business math
Salesmanship
Customer relations
Accounting
Filing
Billing and Closing
These are the main ones
