No. The judge runs the court room. The DA can be held in contempt by the judge. Only way to reverse judge rulings are by appeal.

No they do not, but the judge usually goes by the Plea Agreements that the DA makes...sometimes they change somethings, but not often...

Nope.. judges & juries have ruling power.. a DA has only prosecutorial power... they have no power over a ruling...
