Is it natural for my balls to hit my stomach when i fart? Or should i have this checked out?

you probably have very low hangers, and when you fart your balls swing forward I'm not sure if you're over weight where your stomach is hanging down toward your penis if that's the case then it's possible.

some boys/men have balls hanging very low and that can be the case but not sure?

Definitley have this checked out. If your fart has this kind of impact to move your balls to the point of hitting your stomach, I would guess that possibly you have had frequent rear entry service and may require a b_ tt cork. Just guessing. Good luck, could be a need for surgery.

Your stomach is located in the upper, left quadrant of your abdomen and is partially protected by your ribs. If your scrotum is able to reach your stomach, you have much bigger problems (no pun intended) than what you asked about.
