Toss them. They're a cheap metal and will always turn your finger green.

It's just the chemicals in your skin reacting to the metal of the ring. It happens with some people with brass or copper. Sometimes some people get blackish marks from silver. But usually, it's because something is made of a cheaper metal that isn't usually used for jewelry just for that reason. But there are no side effects of this, it's just unsightly, and for some people it may be a little irritating or itchy.

If you want to keep the ring, spread a thin layer of clear nailpolish or varnish (very tricky) on the inside of the ring and let it dry. So that when you wear it, the ring doesn't come in contact with your finger and turn it green.

You can try coating the inside of the ring with clear nail polish. That sometimes helps. Usually it's the nickle in the ring that turns your finger green. I have that same problem. Also don't wear the ring all the time.

Paint the inside of the ring with clear nail polish, when it wears off re-paint the rings.
