I don't consider celebrities role models. I consider "regular" people role models. (police officers firefighters, PARENTS)

i depends on how you see it. if you think a certain person is good, then that person is a good role model. If you think a certain person is bad, then that person is a bad role model. You cannot really say a generalization because some people just mess it up for some of the good celebrities. So i would think some celebrities are good role models and some are not.

Some are excellent role models, while others are not. You cannot lump them all into one category like others things in life. There is within each of us the ability to inspire those around us by living a life that is more outward focused than inward focused. By being selfless, we can do our part to make the world a better place, spreading love and hope through our daily actions. It is not only by what we say but more importantly by the life that we live out that shows what each of us is made of. There are many celebrities that aspire to this truth. A great deal of attention is given to celebrities as they live their lives in the spotlight. The purpose of identifying celebrities positive or negative traits is simply to be aware. If we see the negative images a celebrity displays we can avoid being influenced by them. Instead we can recognize the good qualities of people, which are going to help us become a better person in a positive way.

It really depends on the celebrity you're talking about, and what they're famous for. Sometimes, they are good role models. This may not be a good example, but off the top of my head, Oprah. She is understanding, and helps people through their problems. She has made people famous by inviting them on her show. Also, Oprah knows what she's talking about, especially when it comes to losing weight. Oprah was overweight, but she learned how to deal with it, and slimmed down quite a bit. She is a good role model for many people.
Some role models are not suitable for younger children. Take professional wrestlers, or something. You don't want your kid doing that same stuff around the house, right?
Celebrities may look like they have the perfect life sometimes, but in reality, they are real people just like you and me, the average citizen!

It all depends on the celebrity that you are looking up to. Most of them are just trying to live day to day life's and are good role models. Others are caught up in stupid activities and those are the ones you have to watch out for.

Celebrities are spoiled snots with superiority complexes. I look down at them like a brown mess on the bottom of my shoe. If they all disappeared tomorrow, would you be worse off? If you said yes, you are a sad excuse of a life.

it isnt fair to generalize that all celeberities are or are not good role models but i think the ones that dont do drugs and things like that are mostly good role models

the majority of celebrities are spoiled brats,I'd not want my kids to take after them at all.
