Any ideas? I've seent them made out of PVC pipe in some gyms that we've taken her to.

If you carry a digital camera, the next time you see one, take a picture of it. (That way, later on you can use it for reference.) Also, while you are there in person, try and get an accurate count of things. For example, how many elbows would you need? Further, try to count the rungs and get a measurement.
I tried to find plans for one on the Internet, I had no success. I did find may places that sell playground equipment kits. If you are interested in one of those, go to www.ask.com and type in something like plans for constructing a home made jungle gym.

Here's a site to make one out of wood from Better Homes and Gardens. You should also just do a web search for 'jungle gym plans', for more sites.
