William and Mary founded by Christians. Now decided in their finite PC minds that taking a cross out of chapel is wrong.

How did it come to this in the first place?

I saw this on Fox but no other network covers it.
But I did find this paper that did. Tell me again there is no media bias out there or that the majority of networks are anti-Christian.

I can't wait to see the defense of the people who thought taking a cross out is good.

btw: I am Jewish too.
It is funny how only one symbol is pulled from the chapel.

I like the person who dare ask where do we draw the line.

I am not offend by a cross.
It is Conservative Christians who are the ones who stood behind Isreal while others Jews and liberals turn on them.

One thing funny, the cross is over 150 years old. They should have left it in for historical signifance.

I am seeing other news groups slowing picking up this story.

For the lady talking about media being Christians I like to remind here who stood by Israel the last time they took on hezoballah and it wasn't the media expect for Fox. Most conservative Christians stood behind Isreal long after the liberals turn on them.

As far as making other faiths comfortable you mean the sight of cross is so terriable it has to be moved.

So if lets say I am uncomfortable with gay rights symbols on campuses they should be removed.

Or if any group is uncomfortable with ANY symbol that has to go too.

Where do you draw the line of politcal correctness.

It is going to cost William and Marry 12 mill.

I'm not saying taking a cross out is necessarily good, but since when are the majority of media networks anti-Christian? Speaking from a Jewish point of view, the majority of all media in the entire country is pro-Christian.

Well, the college has the right to do this, and potential donors have the right to decide whether to support the college. Yup.
