I had 3 full term normal deliveries. I then miscarried a little angel at 6 weeks, then had a full term delivery of a baby girl. Chances are everything will be fine.

I am not sure of the statistics, but I have heard that a lot of women miscarry their first child...but don't realize that they were even pregnant so it just comes as if it were a natural period. My cousin and another friend had a miscarriage and a couple months later they got pregnant and now they both have healthy babies!

Hey... been there. I know it's so horrible when people say this, but at least you know you can get pregnant. Sorry I know I hated when people said that but it's true. A friend of mine was trying for over a year and didn't know what the problem was. In the back of my mind I was feeling a bit better knowing that my body was capable.
To answer your question, It took me 7 months, however I had to take a pill 5 days out of my cycle to make me ovulate so there was some other issues there.
Best of luck and so sorry about your loss. I know it's so hard.

About half of all women will have at least one miscarriage, and most wont even know since it will be before their period is due. I know lots of people who got pregnant a few months after miscarrying.

As long as you take time for your body to heal then your chances of pregnancy are good. Most miscariage happen in 1st pregancy and most have a healthy baby the next time. good Luck
