Well, I think it depends. I mean, a murderer is worse than a pedophile. But I believe everyone deserves a second chance. Rather then sending them to jail, they should be made to take counsoling and support groups because I am betting most of these people are very metally disturbed. They need help and should be given it, and after going through it if they have not been taught a lesson jail could be it and next death. I think no one should be killed though really because that makes us as bad as them. But we need to keep people in jail longer, they get it too easy nowadays.

Death, but only with DNA evidence. Look at the people who were in prison for years and have now been released because the DNA tehcnology we have today proved their innocence after all these years. I would not want to find out later an innocent person died.

Murder - Depends on the circumstances (heat of the moment and such) other than that Death.
Sexual offenders (other than cases of statutory rape) Death - slowly and painfully.
