If you heard from someone else that there is a man in your neighborhood having sex with his own 16yr old daughter and is always getting high as well. What can you do about it?

Get on the phone right now and call the child abuse hotline 1-800-4-A-CHILD thats sick. You can call anonymously and noone will know who reported it.

Where did you here this from? I'd be careful reporting something that you "heard". Are you close to the 16yr old? Maybe you can get her to admit it then call the police and file a report and don't allow the girl to return home. She is probably scared, and will deny it if she feels her life is in danger (threatening her life if she tells). Call CPS and call in anonymous and do it now!

Getting high is his business,having sex with his daughter,sick,against the law,morale and legal laws,someone needs to get hold of the police,he belongs locked up,I wouldn't count on social services in any state,lately none of them have a good record,she could be an old lady before they do anything.

First, make sure that what you are hearing is from a reliable source, because you could ruin someones life with an accusation like that. If you still think this is happening, then make an anonymous call to child protective services or the police.

Child protective services are made for just this reason. If you are a kid it is still okay to call. Even wrong rumors are better reported and checked out than having a young lady so badly abused. Check the front pages of your local phone book for the numbers to call.

Report it to the nearest Family Services or Child Services department in your area. They will properly investigate it and decide if anything is going on and what to do about it. Report it immediately (you usually can report is anonymously), if there is nothing going on they will investigate and dismiss the complaint and if there is something going on they can get the girl the help she so desperately needs. Depends. Could be a rumor started by a neighbor who doesn't think the guy mows his lawn often enough. Does the guy even HAVE a daughter? Check your facts before you run the risk of ruining a guys entire life.

Most areas have a help line for annonmous calls (hotline). You can explain the situation without the father/daughter knowing who you are.

report it immediately today. call the toll free child abuse hotline. if you look in the phone book under Department of Human Services or DHS you can tell them.
Everyday you wait is another day she is victimized or he will hurt another child.
