Have never heard about blood coming from the penis after intercourse. Did you have intercourse with a virgin and did you use protection? If she was a virgin and you didn't use protection and she bled, then the blood you are seeing is probably hers. (when you ejaculate, your penis actually sucks in to release more semen, therefore it could have sucked in blood from her). If not, then you should get seen as soon as possible by a physician about this matter.
