I was about 6 days late. I am not prego. Just wondering if I count from the first day after I started my period or if I go by the day I should have started. I want to make sure I know when I am most fertile.

Mandi-

You can count from the first day of your last period but not all women ovulate on the same cycle day. A better way to track your fertility would be to start taking your temp every morning with a basal body thermometer before getting out of bed. You can chart these temps for free at www.fertilityfriend.com. Also you should keep track of other things such as your cervical mucus and perhaps buy some ovulation predictor tests. There is a ton of info about all this on Fertility Friend. I've been using that site for about 2 years now and I recommend it.

Good luck to you!

It will probably be around day 14-16.Go by the first day of your last period. When you start feeling "extremely wet" ,you are ovulating.
