Wise grandpa.

The sites you listed can be beneficial to people who have no other outlet to express what they have gone through. They could do the same thing writing in a diary (except no one would get to read it).

In reality, these sites will probably have no effect on the amount of cheating or the divorce rates any more than all of the meet and date sites have had on the marriage rates.

Some people use cyberspace as their own personal fantasy world. Much of what you might find posted is not real, never happened and has no cause or effect in reality.

Classes or workshop on open and honest communication could help resolve many relationship problems. But remember, some people would rather play games because they feel that they have already lost the direction in their life.

I don't know about the %'s but I do think that if it does well, it would definitely make someone more accountable for their actions. Since the way it is right now, you are only able to go by someone's word about their past relationship... I think it can be good and bad but mosty informational.
