okay, me and my bf will be goin out for a month on next monday, its been 3 weeks yesterday, and his birthday is march 25th, hes not really the romantice type, but i dont know what to get him and idk what he likes either, and if i just ask him what he wants for his birthday then he will tell me not to get him anything, whats the perfect gift? im saving up my money, so by time his b-day comes around i will have about 40 dollars. and my dad will give me more, hopefully, but what should i do??

if you have been going out for a month you should have an idea what he likes: video games, computers, cars, tools, building, rock climbing etc.
Safe Birthday toys that are not really romantic are...
Tools, any tool just not a hammer, they hurt
Or a gift card if he likes:
shopping(rare)
books,(barnes and nobel)
Computer stores(circuit city)
Music(itunes gift cards,)

You don't necessarily have to get him anything, you can just take him out to dinner and to see a movie you know he's wanted to see. Since you guys haven't been going out for very long, if you do get him a gift it doesn't have to be anything that big or expensive. You could get him cologne or some CDs of music you know he likes. The first gift is tricky because you guys are still getting to know each other.

Do not spend more then $50. If he has a hobbies get him something to do with that . Likes sports something from his favorite team You are dating 1 month don't go crazy and spend a lot of money when the relationship is still new.

If you spend that much money on a new relationship, I ask how much do you spend on a long time love? You are not being prudent with your finances or heart.
Buy him a lovely card explaining the new flavored lip gloss in your purse is for his secondary enjoyment.
Spend your $40 next year if he is still around.

Go to the toy store and by kites, take him out and make an afternoon of kite flying. March is windy so it's perfect for kite flying. If you like, pack a picnic basket for the two of you in case you get hungry.

I wouldn't go all out since it has only been a month, you may scare him off.. Something simple like movie tickets, a ball cap, a t-shirt should do. After a year, then think about doing more.

Well i think you should get him something simple that shows that you care, like a shirt, a pare of shorts,
But i think the best one is to take him out to eat!
yeah it sound funny but take him out to eat somewhere you go often. SOMETIMES SMALL THINGS MEAN ALOT!
