Jewelry is always nice but give out candles and gift certicates for a mani or pedi. Or both!

I gave out Coach purses to my bridesmaids, but then again I had a connection with someone who could get me the real thing at a discount. But some kind of purse might be an option to consider. Jewelry is nice, but usually put in a drawer somewhere and never worn again.

All of you going out for a manicure / pedicure would be fun. But maybe more personalize gifts might be better.
A cute teddy bear for the friend who loves stuffed animals.
Or maybe a gift with a bit a joke - a cook book for the Friend who can barely boil water.
Or maybe a trip for all of you to build a bear and everyone can personalize their own bear!
Have Fun!

If you do jewelry, it could be what they are expected to wear the day of the wedding and then keep to wear afterwards. I've been in a couple of weddings and had many friends get married and usually jewelry is what they do.
NOW, I did have one friend do the whole deal...manis, pedis, jewelry, hair and make-up for the wedding...basically a day at the spa for all bridesmaids~but her wedding was the blow out of the decade for my group of friends.

I got each of mine, a purse, not too glitzy but dressy. Then got each something general from clinique (around the price of the bonus gift minimum) then got the bonus gift with it. The lady at the counter was great, I explained to her what I was doing, and she rang each up seperate. Then filled the purse with the stuff.

I am going to get my girls some personalized gym bags. Even if they don't work out they're nice overnight bags. They're reasonably priced and you can always fill them with something too!

neither a photo in a frame is cheaper and easier, besides you can get rid of the prints you don't like, your spending enough as it is and it's your wedding so skip the gifts

i think you should give them each something meaningful like a piece of jewelery that way they can look at it and remember how they were your bridesmaid
