Need 4 Speed Underground 2?

Question

I'm stuck 87% of the way through this game, and I cannot find any races anywhere on the world map, I'm sure I've driven on every road, where do I go? what do I do? can anybody help me out?

if you view world map from the main career menu, you can scroll through each area one by one and you will find there are races you haven't done. You must do these to complete the last 13%
