The first time I watched it, I felt like it was a huge waste of my time. But, after all of the hype about it, I gave it another chance and watched it again. I will admit that I enjoyed it the second time around. I wouldn't say it was AMAZING........you definitely need to have a certain view of humor--I don't think it is a movie that the masses can appreciate though. :)

We love it! Its hilarious! For the $#@%talkers, you just have to have a sense of humor. You have to see Kip throw a piece of steak at Napoleons head as hes riding his bike. And when Napoleon is running from his uncle & jumps/falls over the fence. Its even funnier with a buzz!

No. Like a lot of 'Hilarious' films, once the hype has worn off and people begin to realise that the Emperor is in fact naked then the film isnt seen as being as funny any more!!!

I wouldn't say the movie is GREAT. It definitely has a few funny scenes. You just need to watch it for yourself at least once.
I found it funny enough to watch more than once, but it is a bit dry and silly at times. I suppose watching it with friends when you are in the mood to be silly is the best way to go.

NO, Its is competely over rated! Everyone kept telling me how good it was and it really wasn't. I found myself waiting for the funny part of the movie until the end. I maybe got a little "snicker" in here or there.

I think so....I think it is hilarious. You should watch it with a group of friends though. If you watch it alone you are just gonna be like - this is f'ing stupid. But if you watch it with some friends and you are all laughing at it, the more funny it will be. I think sometimes things don't live up to high expectations because people expect more but just take it for what it is....a very odd but hilarious movie.

i had watched it with my housemate because she saw it once before and said it was "sssssoooooo funny" so we rented it. wow! i was mad i spent my money on the rental. its funny every now and again but its not worth renting, watch it on cable, its the same. and my housemate agreed. we figured out why she thought it was so funny the 1st time: she watched it while she was high! and thats the case for a lot of people.

yes, it is. however, i think it will appeal to certain audiences. i knew i would like it and well, i did. my husband wasn't to thrilled at first, but watching it a second time brought him around. he does such a great napoleon imitation.

Sure, if you like movies with no plot, no-name actors, and horrible acting. I hated it but most of my friends absolutely loved it and thought it was just the most hilarious movie ever. If you like those stupid-funny movies, you might like it. I prefer comedies that make sense.

Personally I thought it was ok!!! Little bit weird but I saw it again recently and found it alot funnier for some reason.
