Cheapest Air Tickets from Guatemala to India?

Guatemala has VERY high taxes on international air tickets, and airport exit fees too. Everyone I know leaves Guatemala by land, and then gets on the plane in Mexico or El Salvador. Most people flying to India go thru Mexico City and then Los Angeles.
