Marcello Lippi
Alex Ferguson has never won the World Cup, so thats him beat.
Being as we are talking about THE WORLD then shouldn't a World Cup winning coach be the best or are we all going to pretend Ferguson would be the best due to league form. A best coach would not have money to spend but a team that he must work with with no expenses.
That and that only is why Lippi is the best of the last 15 years.

My heart says Arsene Wenger, he really changed football in the UK, e.g players diet, training set up. But obviously Alex Ferguson has been one of the most successful managers in terms of the number of cups Man U have won

Loath as I am to admit it, being an ardent LFC supporter I have to say Alex Ferguson has achieved more than any other manager in the last 15 years. I feel sick now!
