WOuld you fight for a love even if you knew it would be hard?

The ONLY way they can work is if plans are made to be together. If no one is willing or able to move closer to the other, the relationship simply cannot survive.
If someone can move close enough to the other to see them in person regularly, the long-distance relationship can lead to a successful short-distance relationship.
But without firm plans in place to negate the distance, it simply will not work.

I have been together with my ex boyfriend for more than 4 years,despite the distance...Finally he cheated on me and it was hard for me to break out with him..It is hard to go on like this and I do not want you to suffer the way I did.In other words ,try not to involve too much...This is my own experience.

I think long distance relationships work if you already have a well built relationship and trust eachother. Both people have to be willing to make it work

Long distance relationships are NOT relationships, they cause huge amounts of pain and heartache and all of it is unnecessary.

I did but the other didnt hold out. she waited a year for me and I came back then 4 months later she cheated on me and I really thought I had found my one

my 2 year relationship ended when i went to uni. it was just too hard. or course there are always acceptions. absense doesnt make the heart grow fonder, it makes it go wander

nope they never work unless you two were church couples! ha..hah..hell no I wouldn't if that person was so far away I wouldn't fight plenty out there.
