If you go by the convention that West of the Prime Meridian ends at the International Date Line on the other side of the world (just as East does in the other direction) then all of North and South America plus Iceland, Portugal, Morocco and several small countries south of Morocco in the western bulge of Africa. Google Earth is a good place to see this, turning on Lat-Long in Tools/Options and Borders in layers

All of them that the Prime Meridian does not pass through. If you go far enough west of the Prime Meridian you arrive at the Prime Meridian.
