This injury is merely a scrape of the skin of the penis. I am POSITIVE that this is not a symptom of a STD; in addition, I know for a fact that I do not have a STD. The use of lotions causes it to burn, and so I want to know what is safe to heal it without causing irritation. This injury has persisted for 2-3 months at varying degrees of severity. At certain times, it nearly heals, but because of its natural tendency to stretch, it will not heal completely. How do I go about healing such an affliction in a place where the skin stretches so regularly?

You should have your doctor to check it and have him prescribe something to help heal the wound. The genitals are very sensitive parts and you can't apply just any and everything to it, as it will cause infection, burning, itching, etc. Your best bet is to see a physician or go to your local drug store and talk with one of the pharmacist who may be able to assist you in finding an ointment for your wound.
