An agent calls me from Spherion (A Staffing Agency) to talk about my experiences, knowledge and skills. Do i need to wear just like in a normal interview? It's not an actual employer anyway.

It's not an actual employer, that's true.

However, the staffing folks at Spherion will want to make sure that whomever they send to meet the client will represent them well. Don't skimp on the class for this interview any moreso than you would for an employer, or you might not make it that far.

Good luck!

Wear a suit, but I say register for a different agency. I registered for Spherion last year around August and only received 1 job from them. I am still waiting for another "assingment", but they are not calling me and I always call in my avialbility. I am thinking of not calling them anymore. Screw Spherion.
