I'm an NTL sorry Virgin customer too. I've started watching the Discovery channels instead. While your mates are watching a load of contrived old bollocks you could be watching how some guys in Dorset are saving the lives of Chimpanzees and Orangs (Monkey business), see new RSPCA inspectors making a real difference (RSPCA on the fron line), see a disfunctional american family making amazing motorbikes (american chopper) or disprove urban legends with two odd american guys (mythbusters). Honestly you don't know what you're missing.
I was a bit miffed over the sky thing but now don't miss it at all

Even tho Sky seem to have the better packages they really don't. Their broadband is capped (not guaranteed) and all in all they work out more expensive. Stick to virgin. Do you know anything mr B has ever done and failed? he'll sort it out soon. Sky are just being mean and will have to back down soon

bad luck, we missed atlantis, stargate bones lost and 24... and we phoned sky.. basic package is 15 quid, you get 200 channels inc sky 1, and free phone calls...

but beware their broadband package is fullof hidden added extra cost... so im sticking with BT... maybe i only get a 5meg conection... but it feeds 3 pcs on a lan, and in 4yrs ive never been without a connection...

that alone deserves loyalty...
