how to untango gold chains?

I have knots in my gold chain. How can or what can I do to untango them

You could take them to a jewelry store. I use a couple of small push pins. Insert the points into the center of the knot and just jiggle them a little. The knot will start to loosen and then you can see which end you need to pull.

you can gently take a pair of tweezers and pick apart the knots. if that is too difficult, you can take the chain to a local jeweler who will usually unknot it for free or for a very low cost.
