my question is abut formation of ferros (Fe) metal in earth?

Fe was not formed in the earth, it was formed in stars that exploded and sent Fe and other large atoms into space. They eventually formed into the earth from the planetary nebula.

Well... what about it?

All of the iron in the earth was formed by nuclear fusion in stars billions of years ago. It all coalesced together and formed proto-Earth 4.4 billion years ago.
