To be realistic i think that DC would win because of the power of their roster,superman,the green lantern,orion,martian manhunter,wonder woman,these are all heavy weights that would be tough to defeat for most marvel heroes then there is captain marvel,captain atom,lobo,dr.fate, the flash and zatanna that are also very tough to beat most marvel heroes have cool but rather limited powers whereas DC heroes are for the most part extremely powerful, just look at it this way,superman can probably take out at least a fifth of all marvel heroes besides the hulk,thor and silver surfer and even if superman was to be defeated there is still captain marvel (the DC one) that could replace him(he is immune to thunder and gagic so thor would probably loose against him),orion is tough enough to survive surfer's galactic powers and wonder woman would kick any woman's butt from marvel we all know this,so i must admit that even though i am marvel fan i doubt that they could defeat DC ps. and batman has the resources to rpovide every one with the nev=cessary weapons to take out people like wolverine (adamantium bullets)
