It's not just that it's easy for some and complicated for others, it can go that way just pregnancy to pregnancy for the same woman. There are a ton of factors. Your health prior to pregnancy, other health conditions that would affect pregnancy, size of your pelvis or uterus, your prepregnancy weight... there are a million things to go into it.

The obvious answer is that every pregnancy is different. A million different factors can affect childbirth, and certainly no two experiences are alike. But I think a woman's perception of the process also affects how easy it is or isn't. If there's anything I learned from having a baby, it is that everyone will have a different experience from me. I really believe that it's very much a mental process. The preparation for that is different for different women, but in the end they all end up with a newborn baby - whether the pregnancy was textbook smooth or an absolute nightmare.

Depends on the woman's pain tolerance and her body. Some women can go through labor and delivery and having the baby is a breeze. Others have complications that are out of their control and may need assistance with the birth.

Because every body has a different shape and things are in slightly different positions. Add to that every baby is shaped differently. Each pregnancy is unique to some degree.

I don't know, both of mine were easy, my husband even joked about me having babies and selling them on ebay. Age has a lot to do with it.
