A Boston woman who gave birth after a failed abortion has filed a lawsuit against two doctors and Planned Parenthood seeking the costs of raising her child.

She should let the child be adopted by people who actually want a child.
If not, the court should take the child from her and allow the child to be raised by loving parents.
I cannot imagine the depths of turpitude that would allow a woman to raise a child while she is suing those who allowed the child to live contrary to her wishes.

That is messed up. If she was concerned about the costs of raising a child, why not just opt for adoption? Then she wouldn't be in this legal situation and thus spending money for attorneys that she "cannot afford." Clearly, this is a case of just wanting her "15 minutes of fame" and attention because if she has enough money to get an attorney for the case then she should have enough money to raise a child. She could also get a better job that pays more so that she could afford to properly raise said child. It would be sad if this case actually went farther into investigation, went to court, and she won which clearly says nothing about this country's legal system since the most common sense and attention-based cases are being heard. Now, I know that everyone has the right to a fair trial and all that but she isn't a criminal who is being tried, this is a lawsuit. In this country, it is sad that a person can sue anybody for anything which makes everyone else think that they can sue someone for the littlest thing that would appear to be common sense to the rest of the world. This woman has no case and should just accept the circumstance that she has been put in.

Helloooo............Condoms & other methods of birth control would have prevented that in the first place. And if her abortion didn't work then she should have put the child up for adoption. If she sues for anything, it should only be for the cost of the abortion and any prenatal care she recieved. Once the child was born, it was her decision to keep it.

wow im happy the baby lived and hope he/she gets send to an adoption place instead of maybe a trash. if the women didnt want a kid she could have practiced safe sex and maybe expect to get pregnant. see people like the one above who sue for supposed to be dead body that they created, are really mean.
wow! That is disturbing. there is a difference between killing the baby and soon giving it up. it not the babys fault.
just had to exist.
but your not killing it,
cuz guess what (mean people) he/shes alive!
and good if the abortion place gets sued

I think she is ridiculous....take care of your life!! Is she going to tell her daughter eventually what a mistake she was? Thats what she is making it seem like....why not give her up for adoption? You cant expect the government to pay for your mistakes, too many people do that and thats whats wrong with our government...too many people take advantage...and then want to complain....I could go on and on...but this woman is really terrible....her poor daughter will find out one day that her own mother didnt want to raise her, at least not with her own money....pathetic if ya ask me...oh wait ya did!!

She can give the kid up for adoption to a couple that will be happy to provide for him and love him.If she really didn't want this child then that's the right thing to do.I think she is just one more happy suing idiot trying to make some money.Sad that child will have to read the story when he/she grows up

I think that she is crazy!!! First of all, if she would have kept her legs closed in the first place, she wouldn't be in the situation that she is in. Second of all, this all happend, gave birth to her daughter two years ago!!!!!! When she found; out that she was pregnate for the second time, why didn't she just go to a differant doctor. My oppenion is that she is stupid, waiting this long to do something about it, She won't get a dime out of them.

People will do anything for money. How is that baby going to feel when they get older and find out their "mother"sued because she tried to kill them and they didn't die? She should give it up for adoption and never have kids.
