Great question.
I don't know because when Bush fires them he has some dirt on em that keeps em quiet.
There certainly is a case for satan worship with Bush's loyalty to the Skull and Bones cult at Yale.
Or he has them so far in the bribery and murder bag that any turning over of key information gets paid back with a counter lawsuit.
See the present situaton where the Justice dept just fired six whitehouse lawyers and said that if the revealed anything bad about the administration that the administration would disclose more details about the specifics of their getting fired.
These guys are so corrupt they leave their gangster code of ethics right out in public view for all to see their dark side.
I agree with your hotel California analogy, unfortanely some leading Democrats are in the bag as well.
Biden, Reid, Pelosi all reek of lame works when it comes to getting into the dirt of real investigation.
The Democrats have to get some teeth in their words or else they will be hitting the pavement of the unemployed come next election.
