All 51 episodes can be obtained at isohunt.com. If you're refering to the Jdrama, the second season is still being translated, currently up to the 8th episode. They can be found at http://www.sars-fansubs.com
Guess it depends on your connection. It usually takes less than an hour to download per episode for me.

Aww guy it is that this type of complicated question for me, haha! the 1st drama I ever watched replaced into Meteor backyard, and that i absoloustly fell in love with Jerry Yan. yet whilst Hana Yori Dango got here out, i myself enjoyed it too.
