Most casino pools have a gate were you have to show your room key, or even swipe it to verify your room number. The Flamingo's pool however is very wide open. I have walked through that pool area many times, without being a guest there.

Like others have told you it depends on the hotel you're talking about. Most of the locals I know constantly sneak into The Luxor. Bring in a room key...a fake one...easy to obtain and you're golden.
The Golden Nugget is easy to sneak in to as well. Other than those two I'm not sure. I wouldn't chance it though.

They have so many rooms and so many guests that
I doubt they'd think twice about you swimming in their
pool. Walk thro the lobby like you're visiting someone
and go to a public ladies room where you'll put on your
swimming attire. Put your clothes in a beach bag and
walk to the swimming area like you own the place (ha),
jump into the pool, and enjoy.

I have never stayed at the Flamingo, but if you are already inside with a seminar, I say go for it.

Just try it. Go all the way to the top floor, then walk down like a guest. If someone asks just say what room you are in like 394 or something. Make sure it is a real room.

Sorry, you can't. It is impossible to sneak into the really nice ones like the Whynn, Mandalay bay, Mirage, MgM and the bellagio. You might be able to sneak into the lesser class pools though. i don't suggest it though.

Probably - I can't imagine that they are that well policed. But, you might look a little odd going to your seminar in your bathing suit.
We pool crash from time to time - no one has ever said anything.

Sorry. Most of them, you have to provide a room key upon entry.
Mandalay Bay, MGM, etc, have turnstyles at the front where they check your key and give you a towel.
Unless you can score a key somehow, it might be difficult.
