I am going to be in Tuscany in May and want to travel around it by bike, but end in another city than I started in. Kind of like a car rental with terminal to terminal. Another help would be much appreciated.

Never say never, but I would say: no.
Bike rentals are only local in Europe. Tuscany is hilly, so I think that bike rentals are not very popular there.

I wish I knew. I've always wanted to go to Tuscany, it looks like a beautiful, peaceful place. Traveling by bike would be perfect! I hope you're able to do it! Have a wonderful, safe and exiting time! Take lots of pictures! :)
