Use your hand to get yourself off, kiss and cuddle him. Let him know that this is what you're doing and why.
If he's deflated from work or stressed out by it, it will affect his libido. Make his life as comfortable for him as you can - you're his partner. When you're next able suggest you take a holiday together - even just a quiet weekend away (to recharge not discharge). Don't let the lack of sex ruin your relationship. It may very well pick up, once his worklife has settled.

Well if nothing new is going on (new job, moved, family problems) then you might consider asking him to get a check up with his doctor.
We all go through periods where there is less sex in the relationship so this could just be one of those times.

Take this problem seriousluy, before it kills your relationship.
First off-- the bedroom is for sex, sleep, and maybe clothes only. Get TV, phones, Books, Dogs, etc. all out of there.
Talk to him in language of "saving our relationship" not "Having more sex". Because this is the kind of issue that kills things.

Masturbate more and stop asking him for sex. Don't create an emotional problem where there's a physical problem. Let him decide when to initiate the next escapade.

Sounds like my marriage! You need to talk with him. No accusations, no complaining, just talk about your frustration, what you are thinking, and try to describe these things in a very positive, but honest, way. Communication is key to understanding and intimacy, in the long run, my friend.

Perhaps the romance has gone out of your relationship.
It appears he has a new love - his work.
The 2 of you need to sit down and really discuss where you are headed.
