0030 24210 is from other countries (or +30...)

From the states it's 001 for international, then 30 for the country code.
If the number you're dialing begins with a 0, drop that zero.
For example, you the number you have starts with 0170, then you dial 001 30 170 ----

I am from Rhodes and i ll tell you..003022410 and then the number whatever it is...if it is fixed you ll begin normally for example 23.....if it is mobile 003069......
