Why is it that just because DC has made Batman a better character than Marvel has made Cpt. America everyone thinks Batman can take Cap? Cap can put his fist through a brick wall. He has trained his fighting skills just as much or more than Batman, and Cap will not get tired. Cap is on the best form of juice ever known to man. Yes Batman is ten times cooler, but will he really win this fight?

Cap would kick bat butt, for the reasons you stated. He was chemically enhanced, Brucie is just smart and inshape.

To answer that, first one must establish why they are fighting. I find it hard to believe that the world's greatest detective would see a guy in a red white and blue chainmail suit carrying a shield and think to himself " let's attack him" . the shield alone is kind of a dead giveaway that he is a protector not an attacker. Captain America is no dunce either and would rather talk than fight.
If the battle was a one-sided coercion such as they held Robin or falcon hostage then that hero would win because of the will to fight. If the battle was a two-sided coercion then they would communicate during the fight and either join forces then or one would seemingly win to gain the captors trust and break all involved out.
Now if they were sparring I might go with Cap for technical proficiency. But in an all out attack with all their wits and tools and skills about them and they just had to win this fight, Batman would cheat or fight dirty or use something from his belt. Batman would not kill Cap though just knock him out. Same goes for Cap.
Captain America has one of the most powerful wills in all of comic books. He is firmly rooted in who he is and who he represents. Batman has strong willpower but his is drive. He is compelled to wear the cape and cowl and become a symbol. It is this drive to improve himself that makes him great.

They did fight once in a crossover. Batman said you know we are to evenly matched this could go on for hours. It only went on for a page or two. Then cap made a mistake and Batman won. It was probably a DC writer on that page LOL. I think Cap would win for the reason you list. Cap will live again. Nuff said

Hmmm.... it's hard to say. I mean, why would batman fight Captain America with No weapons? Well, I think batman will win if he decides to play smart. On the other hand, the dark knight might lose this one if he chooses to fight like a brute.

I would say his odds are better than average.
Would he beat the REAL captain america randy couture?
I would say he would have about as much chance as a snowball surviving in hell.
EDIT: the fight would go pretty much like this:
bats gets pissed off at couture for spitting on the sidewalk.
he tries to throw his little bat boomerangs at him. couture laughs and throws a punch at him,
bats blocks it and tries to strike him.
however couture, expecting bats' straight punch based on "karate" executes a takedown and bats tries his wing chun "anti-grapple" technique.
(we all know how this ends now).
bats ends up on the cold hard concrete of gotham city with an enraged couture on top of him throwing blows at his head. bats, torn between desperation and rage that he spent so much money travelling the world learning the "anti-grapple" should have takent he time to learn to sprawl instead.
This is his last thought before he looses consiousness.
he wakes up the next day, unmasked and surprised that the internet is awash with pictures of the threesome couture had with bat-girl, catwoman and harley quinn the prior night.

that's an easy one cap would win hands down because of the super soldier serum he was given in WWII he can bech press 1100 pounds and can run a mile in under a minute, so unless bats can do those things he has no chance because they are both skilled fighter of the martial arts cap has the advantage in strength and stamina

captain america woukd beat bruce wayne to a pulp, bruce may have trained a lot but cap is a super enhanced soldier with almost 50 years of fighting experience,its kinda tough to beat that
