If this is Windows XP and you did not set a password for the Administrator when you set it up: at the Welcome screen press CTL - ALT - DEL (all at the same time) twice. This will bring up a log in window. Type the word Administrator as the user name and leave the password blank. Press enter.
This will load the default administrator profile on the system and then you can go into your locked user profile from the Control Panel and change the password.
Hope that works for you. If not there are more in depth ways to do this but I am not well versed with them.

Get them to show you where they were on the computer when they changed it. Maybe you can create a new password from there. Try reading your manual to see if anything is mentioned in there. The little beggars, eh! Sorry I can't be of more help. If nothing else call your local computer shop and ask them.

omg bad luck.....3 things u can try
interogate ur nephews again and again till they finally got it.
or to use a windows startup disk to completly delete ur windows and reinstall it and put a pass no1 knows. (ull need windows startup floppy, win98..then after upgrade to winxp)
or try goin to a big shopping centre like pc world were thers a place for pc maintenance and repairs.

try mto logon as a new user (if yo7u have few accounts, or our friend's account that are administrator user) go to microsoft management control(start, run, mmc) add local user and groups snap in, and change poassword for your user.
