My dad just left for work and said to wash the dishes before my mom gets home. I don't want to but then I don't want my mom to fuss at me when she gets home. So should I do the dishes?

I think you should do the dishes then something extra like cleaning the bathroom. Show your Mom how much you appreciate her, it will make her day. Look at it this way, she will be in a great mood all day! No fussing!

Yes..you should do the dishes. It is a team effort to run a household. Show your mom how much you care about her by helping out. And continue to help in the future. You will be a better person for it in the future. And give those parents a big hug. They did bring you into this world. :)

Yes. Not only should you do them because your parents asked to you, but because you live in the house and it's not fair for one or two people to do everything while one does nothing. Help your parents out, they'll appreciate it.
