It would be best if your husband would allow you to deal with your quitting without comment. The pressure he might be putting on you, will only drive you to want to smoke. (You know, because stress triggers the urge to smoke). I have heard that smoking is even more addictive than heroin. I would have to look it up to see if it's true. But it sure seems that way, not that I've ever done heroin. But anyway, don't hide from your husband. Talk to him about your quitting, ask for support in the form of encouragement instead of in the form of negative comments when you slip or whatever he is doing. tell him that you are temped to lie and hide it from him and that you don't feel right about that. Ask him to remind you that you have what it takes to quit instead of telling you that you are a failure. Tell him I NEED your support. And be specific about what you want, because you can't get what you want if you don't ask.

Your husband is right. You aren't quitting if you're slipping.
If your husband is a non-smoker, he'll be able to smell the cigarette on you no matter what you do to try to cover it. Face the music.

....well for heavy smokers...they tend to smell like cigarette all the time....specially their hair!!...
....for me the best thing that worst is Oust!...it kills odor smells!!.....and perfume/cologne!!....
spray it all over the place!!
I CAN"T STAND THE SMELL!

purchase commercial bathroom deodorizes works more stronger then regular supermarket stuff...contact maybe ecolab which has all cleaning and sanitizing products

get a cat! they are filthy stinky animals....would cover the smell. please work on quitting though, good for everyone in your life and YOU !

Odo ban, you can get it at Walmart... brush your teeth, that helps...and perfume....
